FAQ - I ORDERED. NOW WHAT?
When a purchase is made, you can expect an e-mail within 24 hours. This e-mail will provide you with a time line for the shipment of your order.
We vacuum seal our bread and send it as quickly as possible, ensuring you get the maximum life of the product. Remember, we use no additives or preservatives in making this bread. It does not (nor should it) have a two week or more shelf life.
Each order is baked fresh. This means that if you place an order on Monday, it will ship Tuesday or Wednesday (latest) and you will have it the following morning or early after-noon unless out of province. Couriers require signature’s in most cases, even after we have marked the parcel, “no signature required.” If you are not at home a delivery slip will be left informing you to call and make arrangements to pick-up your package. Please do not call us if you receive such a notice, there is nothing we can do. The receiver (you) needs to make the arrangements using the courier phone number provided on the notice.
You can alway’s contact us to discuss delivery options if you reside close to the Mississauga area.
We do not ship on Friday’s. We do not offer pick-up’s. At times there are additional shipping charges to be added.

Due to over inflated gas prices and border red tape because of perishables, the Irish Bread Store is currently only providing service in Canada. Check back with us often as we continue to look for a way to provide all of North America with Authentic Irish Soda Bread.

Congratulations to Fusion Goaltending in Mississauga. They ran their annual hockey tournament and fed over 200 children all whom had a large slice of our Soda Bread. We had more than 500 thumbs up this weekend!
